What you'll do...
Position summary: The Senior Manager, Strategy is a leadership role within Walmart's Consumer Health & Data Solutions team. You will identify opportunities to support the health of millions of customers by identifying new business opportunities at the intersection of retail and health, enabling strategic planning and competitive landscape analysis, and facilitating stakeholder management and planning for strategic initiatives. This is an individual contributor reporting to the Director Strategy and Business Development.
About the team: The Consumer Health & Data Solutions team supports data governance, digital messaging, business reporting and the discovery, prototyping, and incubation of new business solutions which engage shoppers in their health.

What you'll do:
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for strategic investment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align strategic initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Business Development: Drive the incubation of new business solutions in collaboration with cross-functional leadership, from ideation to design, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Business Planning & Commercialization: Define the business models and commercialization approach for strategic initiatives to define path to growth and impact to core businesses

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
