What you'll do:

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for strategic investment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align strategic initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Business Development: Drive the incubation of new business solutions in collaboration with cross-functional leadership, from ideation to design, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Business Planning & Commercialization: Define the business models and commercialization approach for strategic initiatives to define path to growth and impact to core businesses

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
