Position Summary...
What you'll do...
Develops asset protection strategies, processes, and best practices with a focus on technical developments like computer vision and machine learning projects. This includes interpreting statistical analyses and engaging with cross-functional teams across the business to ensure desired outcomes. Develops assessments of key opportunities and supports the development of long-range plans and project timelines. Communicates with and influences decision-makers and executives within the organization, providing specialized vision and leadership throughout the life cycle of change initiatives.
Manages total loss initiatives by addressing performance across all projects, analyzing and integrating trends and patterns to determine the root causes of loss. Evaluates short-term and long-term implications of decisions and ensures projects meet objectives. Partners on the execution of improvement programs in the field.

Ensures successful execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, and identifying performance standards. Measures progress and adjusts performance, accordingly, develops contingency plans, and demonstrates adaptability and supports continuous learning.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application, ensuring compliance with them, and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders, soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
