In this role, you will...

Collaborate with business owners and subject matter experts to identify performance goals and recommend effective learning strategies. Lead the design and development of high-quality learning solutions tailored to our enterprise needs. Ensure content accuracy and quality by working closely with subject matter experts and the design team. Evaluate and improve learning solutions to ensure their effectiveness. By delivering essential tools and resources, you will empower our associates to succeed!

What you'll do:

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify customer and operational needs, understand the performance gaps, and identify the critical skills and knowledge need to fill the gap.
  • Develop and communicate learning strategies to business partners, senior leaders, and subject matter experts founded in principles of adult learning.
  • Determine the best delivery modality to achieve business outcomes, factoring business context, business continuity, and learner preferences.
  • Guide development across delivery modalities by collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and creative designers, setting clear expectations and ensuring materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Evaluate effectiveness of programs through direct observation, knowledge assessments, learner data, and business data and make recommendations to improve the learning program if learning outcomes are not met.
  • Stay current on trends in the learning field, business operations, and leadership, including learning technologies, learning science, and facilitation practices.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Statistics, Communications, Psychology, or a related field and 4 years' experience in training, facilitation, program management, change management, operations, or a related area OR 6 years' experience in training, facilitation, program management, change management, operations, or a related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.
