Sr. Director, Product Operations - Data Ventures

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Product Operations to lead, scale and optimize Product Operations for Data Ventures. In this pivotal role, you will own and optimize the product development lifecycle framework, drive high-quality release management, and cultivate collaborative interactions among cross-functional teams to ensure successful product lifecycles and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

  • Owning the framework for product roadmap development, maintenance, and communication. Establishing, in partnership with Product and Tech Leadership, key performance metrics for the product organization.
  • Leading a successful Release Management process, ensuring the timely deployment of high-quality products and product enhancements. Including collaborating with Product and Tech to plan out product lifecycle post-launch. Providing direct support throughout the implementation and tracking stages. Providing value to end-users by ensuring that the product functions correctly after launch.
  • Managing collaborative interactions among all product development life cycle teams (e.g., product managers, program managers, functional leaders, data, and engineering) as key partner to cross-functional stakeholders in go-to-market motions and creating robust feedback loops with stakeholders and customers to ensure that product and other partner teams are receiving high-quality information.
  • Scaling product development lifecycle knowledge across the organization, acting as an evangelist for product process and product strategy/roadmap.
  • Optimizing the product process ensuring that PDLC best practices and business processes are consistent and well-aligned across the organization, and that intended outcomes are achieved to support goals.
  • Developing consistent templates and tools to support the DV product and tech org: including roadmaps, product reviews, executive reviews, and measurement and KPI dashboards.
  • Drive and facilitate Quarterly Planning across Product and Tech
  • Deploying the product strategy, planning, and review cadences, ensuring that each function is well-aligned to these practices and are receiving the appropriate outputs.

  • Product Lifecycle Understanding: Expertise in B2B data product development, delivery, and support processes.
  • Process: Proven ability to design and scale processes, systems, and teams to support organizational growth. Skilled in implementing frameworks for prioritizing high-impact work and aligning technical decisions with business needs.
  • Market and Customer Insight: Understanding of B2B data markets, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Metrics and Performance: Experience in defining, monitoring, and improving key metrics to measure operational and product success.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to engage with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to align priorities and drive initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Alignment: Skilled in managing a portfolio of projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Narrative Crafting: Proficiency in crafting compelling narratives to communicate impact, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  • Operational Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve underlying issues affecting operational efficiency with analytical rigor and strategic foresight.
  • Change Management: Experience leading teams through change and scaling efforts in dynamic environments

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
