Position Summary...

What you'll do...
Leads department by identifying key business issues; supporting change based on team analysis; identifying state-of-the-art modeling and analysis tools; providing guidance to team members on modeling techniques, data mining, statistical analysis, and all new analysis projects; aligning resources of department with customer requests; and creating strategic plans for the department according to business objectives. Provides data-driven analysis and insights to drive business strategies by overseeing ongoing analytical needs; presenting data-based insights; presenting on business strategies; collaborating with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights. Develops business strategies by identifying initiatives based on data; driving processes based on recommended strategies; partnering with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies; reassessing strategies to adjust to feedback and meet results; building relationships with stakeholders to support strategic growth plans; and presenting summaries identifying past, current, and future business plans and objectives. Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning. Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent. Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices; developing consequences for violations or non-compliance; and supporting the Open Door Policy. Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals by sponsoring and leading key community outreach and involvement initiatives; engaging key stakeholders in the development, execution, and evaluation of appropriate business plans and initiatives; and supporting associate efforts in these areas. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.










Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 6 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 8 years' experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office. 4 years' supervisory experience.
