Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Integrated Business Planning Leader for our Grocery Supply Chain Network. As a leader of the IBP Grocery Team, this individual will be responsible for driving the development and execution of integrated business plans for the Grocery Network and create business insights to drive business decisions in order deliver service and cost performance. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of merchandise flow planning, retail operations and financial management, and will be able to leverage this expertise to drive and achieve business objectives.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement integrated business plans that align with Walmart's overall strategy and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising operations, supply chain, transportation, store ops and finance to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Align business priorities, strategies to support volume, and resolution of cross-functional solves.
- Gain insight into demand signals and seasonal flows strategies.
- Identify supply chain operational risks, constraints and deep dive on network service performance.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in on business plans and initiatives.
- Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the success of the team.

What you'll bring:
- 8 years of experience in retail or related industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data and insights.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of leadership and stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 6 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 8 years'
experience in data analytics or related field.
