You'll make an impact by:

• Managing the Seller Onboarding Process - Manage your daily tasks to ensure you are completing your assigned work in a timely manner to quickly onboard sellers onto our program. Work with partner teams such as operations, product, and program teams cross-functionally within Walmart to drive efficient onboarding operations, determining areas of opportunity, and driving them to closure.
• Thinking Big - You understand the onboarding process, trends and how they relate to our program growth goals. You anticipate sellers' expectations and exceed them.
• Driving Operations Excellence - Be able to dive into and deeply understand the data to identify where we have areas of opportunity. You will work with partner teams to determine solutions, assess the impact to the data, and continue to provide feedback until the opportunities are closed.
• Moving fast - Work in an agile and iterative team environment.
• Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations - Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. You will provide leadership for cross-function teams to deliver on your strategy across business, product, tech, support, and operational organizations.
