We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Principal, Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep functional knowledge of our business unit and organization, serving as a crucial link between business needs and tangible solutions. As a key player, you will provide recommendations to business stakeholders, translate business requirements into actionable projects, and drive the overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Insights and Solutions:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business unit.
- Provide recommendations to solve complex business issues.
- Translate business requirements into projects, activities, and tasks.
- Talent Assessment and Acquisition:
- Consult and influence business leaders on talent assessment.
- Review and screen candidates based on quantitative and qualitative criteria.
- Partner with global talent teams to leverage assessments and share best practices.
- Provide inclusive hiring training and guidelines.
- Stakeholder Management and Recruiting Strategies:
- Anticipate the needs of diverse stakeholders.
- Develop and drive proactive recruiting strategies.
- Engage passive candidates and advise business leaders on bridging talent gaps.
- Manage expectations and resolve disagreements.
- Agile Project Management:
- Supervise and master agile methodology for multiple projects.
- Continuously plan and manage sprints, prioritization, and time-boxing.
- Create monitoring and control mechanisms for adaptive planning and continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use advanced data/tools/technology to impact talent and strategy.
- Identify opportunities for improving data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build and implement solutions.
- Project Leadership:
- Drive and lead large-scale cross-functional projects.
- Develop, prioritize, and coordinate work plans.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Influence, persuade, and educate stakeholders on data-driven decisions.
- Customer and Associate Experience Enhancement:
- Optimize customer interaction processes.
- Oversee the alignment of recruiting experience with organizational strategies.
- Measure and improve associate satisfaction levels.
- Coach team members on creating human-centered experiences and solutions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated deep functional knowledge of business units.
- Strong experience in talent assessment and acquisition.
- Proven ability to consult and influence business leaders.
- Expertise in agile project management and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and technology tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive continuous improvement.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Sunnyvale, California US-04396:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
