What you'll do...
We are seeking a Real Estate Procurement Specialist to provide financial support, manage supplier development, and oversee facility development. This role requires strategic thinking, relationship management, and process improvement skills.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Support
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze operational plans, financial statistics, and cash flow.
- Assess the financial impact of real estate initiatives.
- Research industry best practices.
Supplier Development
- Establish metrics for partner accountability.
- Provide process improvement support to suppliers.
- Perform statistical analysis for baseline measurements.

Facility Development Management
- Develop procurement strategies.
- Optimize labor and storage facility capacity.
- Create innovative solutions for real estate management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Communicate with senior leadership.
Execution of Objectives
- Manage relationships with internal and external partners.
- Communicate goals and objectives.
- Resolve escalated procurement issues.
- Communicate performance results to senior management.
- Develop training programs.
Supervision & Development
- Hire, train, and mentor associates.
- Recognize and ensure diversity awareness.
Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethics standards.
- Support the Open Door Policy.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Merchandising and 2 years experience leading merchandizing initiatives.
- Seven years of experience leading merchant initiatives or related experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
