Key Responsibilities
Associate Experiences – Training & Development
- Event Management: Schedule and coordinate travel for field/store associates for Fuel training & development programs.
- Content Management: Ensure resources on OneWalmart and other internal portals are accurate, up-to-date, and engaging.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Educate stakeholders on product and program requirements, collaborate to assess costs, establish ROI, and secure resource allocations.
- Communication Plans: Develop and implement communication plans detailing level, frequency, and distribution of status updates.

Customer Experiences
- Signing Management: Collaborate with internal teams to manage and oversee signing projects, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality standards.
- Project Management: Develop and communicate project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to project management standards.
- Multi-Project Coordination: Oversee multiple medium-scale projects or work streams, align requirements, and find solutions to project issues.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track budgets, costs, and status, communicate milestones, and escalate changes as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience Required: Extensive background in administration and coordination; print signing experience is a plus.
- Self-Starter: Proactive, inquisitive, and eager to learn continuously.
- Relationship Builder: Skilled in developing and deepening relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: Identify improvement opportunities and encourage adaptability and learning.
Compliance and Ethics
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Support and implement the Open Door Policy and provide direction on business processes and practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, administration, and coordination.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Print signing experience is a significant advantage.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
