What you'll do...
As a Manager within US Marketplace Business Operations Team focused on Performance Management & Optimization you will play a key role that will enable the data driven operations of the organization on a day-to-day basis. The role will work with partner and retail category leaders across the organization to synthesize the insights and drivers of performance, align on actions and drive the follow through of the actions to accelerate ahead or course correct
What you'll do...
Core Business Operations
- Create data-driven insights and opportunities to improve business performance
- Represent Marketplace in key operational meetings across the company with a perspective on performance and capability to drive the business
- Stay on top of performance by category and partner teams ensuring we are delivering against our annual goals and publish the same on a regular cadence (daily, weekly and monthly) to stakeholders
- Provide guidance and strategic recommendations to leadership on performance, business risks and opportunities
- Play central role during peak moments for the business sharing insights and opportunities that can be actioned upon
- Drive understanding of customer journeys, customer segment behaviors, channel efficiency and cross channel attribution
- Create feedback loops across cross functional organization to ensure buy-in and applicability
- Design dashboards and reporting that enable decisive marketing actions to be taken

Strategy Deployment:
- Assist in defining and cascading annual OKRs based on AOP/LRP across the organization
- Liase with cross functional teams to build AOP, LRP submissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for measuring business performance and success.
- Maintains repository and tracking for OKRs for the year
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, finance, or related disciplines. An MBA is desirable.
- Extensive experience (3-5 years) in strategy and business consulting is preferred.
- Experience in eCommerce and online Marketplaces is highly desirable.
- Experience leading discussions with a cross functional audience (category, channel, Finance)
- Exceptional communication, written and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts on behalf of business partners and to senior executives

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00-$156,000.00
Sunnyvale, California US-07003:The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00-$169,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
