What you'll do...

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Executive Assistant to support the Global Technology team at Walmart. As a trusted partner and confidential advisor, the successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support, ensure seamless workflow, and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion. This role is critical in ensuring the effective functioning of the Global Technology team, enabling them to focus on driving innovation and advancing Walmart's technology strategy.

What you will do:

  • Identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. Impacts own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related
  • Understands key business drivers; use this understanding to accomplish own work.
  • Requires advanced or specialized skills and expertise in a variety of business or technical processes or deep skills in own job discipline and broadens capabilities.
  • Leads administrative aspect of calendar management for leadership and team with minimal or no supervision by working and collaborating with others to coordinate appointments and understand Calendar needs
  • Anticipating and identifying time requirements for pre meeting work.
  • Monitoring and maintaining calendars. And the use of meeting rooms or facilities and utilizing business knowledge to prioritize requests and identify key attendees.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, such as planning events, managing logistics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Walmart associates, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and communications, adhering to Walmart's code of conduct and data protection policies.

What you will bring:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a technology or corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support to C-level executives or senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-service oriented mindset.

Sunnyvale, California US-04397:The annual salary range for this position is $59,000.00-$104,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10424:The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00-$80,000.00



















Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
