What you'll do...

As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative support to up to two Vice Presidents. This role will be based in Bentonville, AR at Sam's Club Home Office. Administrative and support services are crucial in the day-to-day business of Walmart. You'll play a key role in facilitating meetings, travel, communications, managing schedules, overall organization, and productivity.

- Manage daily calendars : Demonstrate flexibility and problem-solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last-minute changes.
- Support staff meetings : Assist with teleconferences, team off-sites, and other events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements : Handle both domestic and international travel (flights, hotel, train, and car service, etc.) according to our travel policies. This may also include more complex coordination of booking multiple charters or private aviation.
- Facilitate timely expense reporting : Manage processes and vendor invoicing.
- Solve problems effectively and creatively : Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity, and commitment to our purpose and values.
- Protect confidentiality : Safeguard information received as part of job responsibilities.
What You Will Bring
- Technology proficiency : Ability to utilize technology to improve performance and productivity.
- Advanced MS PowerPoint skills : Experience with Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Previous experience at Walmart corporate : Beneficial but not required.
- Experience in a large public corporation : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, ServiceNow, Concur, and Travel Systems.

The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00-$80,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
