This position will be located at our brand-new home office in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Join the Global Financial Services Compliance (“FSC”) Program Office team to support governance of the global Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Anti-Fraud, and Consumer Protection programs for the world’s largest retailer.
The Director, Global Financial Services Compliance Program Office, is responsible for the Third Party Oversight Program. In this role, the successful candidate will manage the relationships of all financial services partners including projects resulting from regulatory and first line of defense changes. The program manages third party risk assessments, score cards, compliance reviews and meetings and is the liaison to Walmart’s operations and business partners. This role is critical to supporting the alignment of governance between Walmart and Third- Party compliance programs. As a key team member, you will support executing effective governance of the programs, with a focus on helping protect Walmart from being used to facilitate money laundering, financing of terrorist activity and consumer fraud, as well as protecting our customers through effective oversight of consumer financial protection requirements.

What you’ll do….
- Effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders (first, second, third lines of defense along with external partners).
- Partner with team members, including global subject matter experts, in executing strategies for the Company’s AML and FSC programs.
- Help evolve the Global AML and FSC programs by effective risk spotting to help identify, escalate and mitigate program risks.
What you’ll bring…
- 5+ years of compliance experience with AML regulations and risk management practices, consumer fraud and consumer financial protection requirements.
- 5+ years of compliance experience spanning across large/medium sized financial institutions and/or non-bank financial institutions (FI’s and NBFI’s) with a focus on consumer/retail customers.
- Experience with FinTech services and products, or with a Money Services Business (MSB).
- You are process-minded and look for opportunities to streamline for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience creating, updating and maintaining policy, procedure, standard and process documents.
- Strong technical writing skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills with an ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders and partners.
- You are a team player having experience working in cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.
- You are a Certified Financial Services Compliance Specialist, with one or more of the following certifications, Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience. 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
