What you'll do...

Job Summary:

The Walmart Facility Services team is made up of over 5,000 associates and countless contractors striving to build a world class maintenance program through the development and execution of a data driven asset management strategy.

This role is responsible for the development of the asset management and maintenance strategy for ALL of Walmart's Serialized assets. More specifically, this role is responsible for leading a team of asset managers, and project managers who are responsible for developing asset investment/management strategies for all of Walmart's physical assets. This includes but is not limited to: setting and refining asset prototypes alongside our Realty prototype and design teams, coordination asset procurement through our Global Procurement teams, setting asset commissioning protocols alongside our Realty Construction teams, building individualized asset lifecycle management strategies (reactive, proactive, condition-based monitoring, & predictive), developing training criteria for field execution teams, acting as the subject matter experts for all field execution teams supporting the day to day execution, executing large capital/OpEx projects, determining de-commissioning pathways, identifying spare parts protocols alongside the Facility Services Parts team, building and managing capital and OpEx plans, and working cross-functionally across all support teams with the aim of optimizing asset uptime and total cost of ownership across Walmart's fleet of assets. This role is responsible for the development and management of an annualized budget of ~$500M capital plan and positively influencing ~$700M OpEx.

You'll wow us if you:

- You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience leading a national multi-facility maintenance and facilities project team.
• You have a proven track record of building successful national multi-facility maintenance

programs.
• You are well versed in building end-to-end lifecycle asset management strategies.

- You are experienced in leading large teams of highly skilled and experienced internal associates.
• You have in depth knowledge and proven experience in maintenance contract management and negotiation.
• You are an experienced change management professionalr moving maintenance programs from reactive to reliability centered.
• You are data driven, detail oriented, and can identify opportunities and build business cases through data trend analysis whereby following through with the creation of positive change and measuring outcomes to prove success or failure.
• You're able to drive the execution of multiple complex projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly, and demonstrating adaptability and continuous improvement.

- You can lead through influence and are comfortable developing relationships across multiple platforms.
• You're comfortable in a dynamic, team-based work environment, and are self-motivated to exceed expectations.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years' experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
4 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
4 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
