What you’ll do… You have the decision-making responsibility for the store operations – training, store visits, division guidance, sales, profit, events planned and executed, staffing plans, customer calls and resolutions, etc.
As a Director - Operations, Automotive you will:
- Gain alignment and support with the SVP and Regional General Manager's within Supercenter Operations. This support is needed to continue to maintain and grow the auto care center business.
- Financial responsibility of the ACC business for the selected business unit (division)
- Participate and support the SVP / Regional General Manager's business units
- Attend and participate in weekly SVP (Divisional Meetings)
- Travel to stores with Divisional Team (Total Supercenter Team)
- Be the primary contact for the SVP for the specific ACC Division
- Determine stores, markets and regions that need additional training and follow up
- Drive integration and utilization of new technology in the ACC
Director - Operations, Automotive is responsible for financials listed below:
- Divisional Profit and Loss statement
- Budgeted sales and service income financial goals
- ACC shrink performance for Division
- ACC claims performance for Division

You’ll make an impact by:
- Executing strategy and growth plans for the ACC Division to meet diverse customer needs.
- Growing your business: planning, budgeting, forecasting and driving growth for the ACC business and establishing a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Establishing and influencing high-visibility store operation relationships.
- Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing store and market opportunities and incorporating them into business plans; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
