As a Strategic Partner on the Care team, I am a person of influence within the organization, and Walmart. It is my role to ensure strategies developed bring Walmart's desire to become an industry leader in Customer Care to life while continuing to deliver on financial commitments to the business and our leaders, and my commitments to shareholders. My priorities and time flex based on the needs of the organization, the line of business I support, and my stakeholders.

DELIVERABLES
- A clearly defined and maintained business case for each program in the business with measures of success related to finance, people, transformation, and customer experience
- Business strategy, cases, roadmaps, annual plans, and long-range plans are reviewed and updated on a regular cadence (monthly) based on progress, trends, etc.
- Monthly and quarterly updates on strategic progress drive conversation, planning, and prioritization on a continuous basis
- Documented Risks and Issues and remediation plans resulting in little to no delay in delivery of solutions that drive the business forward
RESPONSIBILITIES
- I use my role as a strategic partner as a conduit to stay connected to the business, influence decisions, and connect the dots across the business and organization.
- I support my business leader by making sure they and their teams are aware of the overall state of H&W business and how their line of business is delivering towards that strategy.
- I work with my business leader to develop the business strategy, long-range plan, and annual plans aligned to the long-range plans using my expertise, knowledge, and abilities to lead conversations, decisions, and actions.
- I ensure the long-term plan for my line of business is up-to-date relative to the strategy and care trends.
- I provide visibility to my business leader, peers, and executive leaders on the current state of the strategy and how the business is performing to the strategy.
- I identify and call out any risks or issues that could impact delivery on the business strategy and then lead the resolution of the risk or issue.
- I articulate my LOB strategy in a way that others in and outside of the organization can understand and help our teams prioritize to stay in alignment with that strategy.
- I stay up to date on the strategies and progress of the other lines of business to identify overlaps and dependencies and work with my peers to connect these dots for the business.
- I am a change champion for improved ways of working across the organization.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
