Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Provides required paperwork by completing forms for example expense vouchers weekly summaries refrigerant logs work orders and submittingforms to senior leadershipAssists the Technician III HVACR Facilities Maintenance by gathering capital expenditures lists developing scopes of work to update heatingventilation air conditioning and refrigeration HVACR or energy management systems for example rooftop units condenser coil replacementsand identifying other issues related to regular HVACR serviceUnder supervision completes HVACR work assignments and priorities by using HVACR policies data and resources collaborating withmanagement coworkers customers and other business partners identifying HVACR priorities deadlines and expectations communicatingprogress and information determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from changedifficulties and feedbackEnsures compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations and guidelines byperforming work according to applicable regulations guidelines and the practices and procedures outlined in the Walmart HVACR safety policyAssists in controlling company costs by conducting price comparisons of refrigerants parts and travelrelated costs and submitting warranty claimsUnder supervision performs major and minor preventive maintenance and repairs on HVACR equipment and emergency management systemsand direct digital control equipment by replacing electrical motors or contactors changing and adjusting belts and installing compressorsAssists with the service and operation of company property by inspecting equipment for example tools vehicles troubleshooting and diagnosingHVACR problems performing minor repairs and scheduling major repairs and maintenanceDemonstrates uptodate expertise and applies this to the development execution and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice andguidance to others in the application of information and best practices supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs andbuilding commitment for perspectives and rationalesProvides and The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00-$28.00

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
