As a Staff Product Manager in the Last Mile Delivery team, you'll be responsible for setting up the new drivers for success on the Spark Driver Platform.
In this role you will…
- Set a vision and strategy for your products using domain knowledge, market analysis, and customer insights.
- Develop and enhance product roadmaps, create requirement documents, analyze user and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, and drive execution.
- Define and analyze success metrics with your analytics partners, iterate on your products and features, and deliver on desired customer and business outcomes.
- Build collaborative relationships with key partners to align on priorities and gain buy-in from the executive leadership.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if…
- You are a seasoned product owner who can run products end-to-end independently, while collaborating effectively with business, engineering, analytics, UX design/research, and other stakeholders.
- You are obsessed with the customer -- you work backwards from wants and needs towards simple solutions; quantify value to consumers, partners, and internal stakeholders; and use research and data to improve features and processes.
- You are excited about solving very complex challenges on a large scale and can create structure amidst ambiguity.
- You are comfortable influencing others, communicating clearly, leading teams, getting buy-in from leadership, and managing stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- You are scrappy but do not sacrifice on quality – you have a test-and-learn mentality and an agile way of working cross-functionally and collaboratively to improve your team’s products.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product management within customer facing product.
- Experience writing clear and concise product requirements that is easily understood by stakeholders.
- Drive customer-first product decisions that balances business goals and user needs.
- Ability to look at data and derive strategic insights to drive business outcomes, including experience with A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to advocate for customer experience improvements.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate through large stakeholder groups.
- Confident, succinct and ability to influence stakeholders and partner teams without having a direct authority.
- Experience in last-mile gig delivery and fraud
- Previously led user acquisition and activation
- BS in Economics or master’s in business

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
