In the Staff Product Manager, Content Tools role, you will lead the strategy and development of tools utilized by our site merchandising team to bring Walmart.com to life . You will work with a talented team of engineers, data scientists and designers to build and launch an AI-powered workflow management platform . The goal is to transform the site merchant journey by offering valuable insights, streamlining and automating the launch of promotional campaigns, as well as optimizing the site for an improved customer experience that drives discoverability and conversions online.

Responsibilities...

  • Developing and enhancing products - you will manage product roadmap, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable projects, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.


  • Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise , internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving goals.


  • Building collaborative relationships with important partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining support from executive leadership.


  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business goals and customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of eCommerce technology, including knowledge of eCommerce platforms and content management tools


  • Strong background in automation and simplification.


  • Specialty in product design for customer experience.

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
