We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Global Technology Services and Solutions team to lead and drive complex, cross - functional programs. This role is crucial in driving the development, deployment and maintenance of cutting-edge conference room technologies across the organization. The role will also oversee and drive the new Home Office campus enablement of Conference Room technologies, working closely with stakeholders and business. The ideal candidate will have strong technical program management capabilities and a passion for delivering exceptional user-experiences. Experience with AV/VC Technologies will be a huge plus.

What you'll do:

Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of conference room technology programs, ensuring they meet quality, standards, timelines and budgets.

Technology deployment: Lead the deployment of AV/VC systems and experiences across the enterprise.

Campus enablement: Work closely with real estate, facilities and IT teams to plan and implement enterprise conference room technologies for new campuses. Ensure that technology infrastructure is in place to support seamless collaboration and communication.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, facilities, Corporate Real Estate, Information Security and Operations teams to define program goals, requirements and deliverables. Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

Vendor Management: Engage with external vendors and partners to participate in evaluation and selection to then manage technology solutions and services. Oversee vendor performance to ensure high quality delivery.

Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for conference room technology programs. Track and report on spending, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks at scale related to technology deployment, integration and maintenance. Develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and ensure smooth operations.

User Experience: Focus on delivering seamless, user friendly conference room experiences by collaborating with design and UX teams to optimize technology interfaces and accessibility.

Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance conference room technology services, incorporating user feedback and industry best practices. Champion process improvements to streamline deployments.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance to the team, leveraging your knowledge of AV/VC Technologies, networking and infrastructure.

Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders on program status, risks, budgets and timelines. Use data and reports to track and report on project progress, ensuring transparent communication and proactive management of expectations.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. OR
  • At least 7 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale technology deployment projects across multiple locations, including new campus buildouts, with experience in Agile project management methodologies.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in developing and managing project budgets, tracking purchase orders, ensuring cost-effective delivery of technology solutions.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering reports to senior executives and stakeholders with a focus on clear communication of project status, risks and strategic impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA.
  • Prior Work experience in AV/VC Industry and systems, deep understanding of conference room technologies including AV systems, Video conferencing platforms, collaboration tools and networking would be plus.
  • Prior experience in managing global technology deployments in a corporate environment would be a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
