What you'll do...
Walmart’s Retail & Infra Tech Operations Group resolves the Site Facing Item related issues in the item lifecycle from Setup to Go-Live stage. We deep dive into Walmart Eco System, understand the business rules, logics and the functionalities of each application and resolve a plethora of site facing issues related to Search, Item Page, Checkout, Pricing and more. We enhance the Merchant Experience through unified support in terms of operationalizing the Merchant Applications, providing short term and long term solutions, automating the issue reporting, 24*7 support, playbook executions for events, brand launches, campaigns and Holidays. Our work reduces merchant effort, increases merchant satisfaction, reduces Walmart operational costs.

What you’ll do:
- Work with Retail leadership, Retail Support, Engineering, Product and other business partners to resolve issues ranging from introduction of new processes, features or technologies to documentation and/or improvement of existing processes
- Monitor for data related spikes on RTs and leading the troubleshooting & triage
- Represent and lead the Retail Operations Teams in critical Product Launches, Annual Events
- Support/Plan for tools and monitoring enhancements
- Coordinate with multi-geographical teams to drive Retail Operations Team Goals
- Establish a robust feedback mechanism to Engineering Teams for temporary and permanent solutions of the issues reported by Retail Teams
- Drive escalation of issues, coordinate key resources across the organization in the escalation process, and project manage the issue until its resolution
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to generate proper levels of awareness and adoption of the team’s objectives and goals
- Help develop and deploy process innovations and facilitate the sharing of best practices across the organization
- Be responsible for assisting leadership teams in setting and measurement of actual performance against expected standards
- Manage all day-to-day activities related to performance improvement
- Build, empower, and coordinate talented operations focused teams in the practical application of continuous improvement tools to drive significant business impact and culture.

- 7+ years of total work experience
- Prior experience working in an eCommerce environment preferred
- Prior working experience in JIRA, Tableau, Power BI, MySQL, Hive preferred
- History of fostering strong cross-functional relationships between engineering and business stakeholders alike
- Experience in establishing, measuring, and meeting KPIs metrics, and managing complex on-the-fly operational concerns
- Self-directed, well organized and have good follow-up skills.
- Innate curiosity; passion for digging into the undefined and finding ways to execute
- Strong communicator; able to level up and down on topics with ease
- Strong leadership capabilities and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
