This includes collaborating with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to create seamless, responsive, and accessible digital experiences.

In this role, you will leverage your deep expertise in front-end technologies and best practices to drive the development of scalable and high-performance applications. You will be expected to use your skills in modern frameworks such as React and Angular to deliver solutions that meet both user needs and technical standards. Additionally, you will mentor and support junior developers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

About the Team:

Our organization, i.e. Customer Trust and Digital Citizenship Tech, focuses on managing and delivering world-class products, driving policy compliance, creating partnerships, and developing pipelines and self-service tools. Responsible for Global Privacy Technology Product implementation(s) so that we can earn customers and associate trust.

What You Will Do:
• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance, user-centric web applications using React, CSS, and JavaScript. Ensure that applications are responsive, accessible, and aligned with best practices in front-end development.
• Architect and implement micro-frontend solutions to ensure modularity, scalability, and maintainability of the user interface. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various frontend components seamlessly.
• Leverage TypeScript to enhance code quality and maintainability. Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and high-quality digital experiences. Ensure that front-end solutions meet user needs and business objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers. Share your expertise and foster a collaborative environment that promotes growth and excellence within the team.

What You Will Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in software engineering
• Experience with unit testing frameworks and knowledge of testing strategies and tools for ensuring code quality and reliability in front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with micro-frontend architecture, including creating modular and independent frontend components.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for the containerization and orchestration of front-end applications.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Nests, SQL, NoSQL databases, and microservices architecture is a plus, facilitating effective collaboration with backend teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex front-end challenges and deliver robust, user-friendly solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
