As a Senior Product Manager for Last Mile Delivery, you will be at the forefront of our product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for our Trust & Safety and Fraud capabilities.
In this role you will...
- Define, develop, and enhance products: You will manage product roadmaps, create requirement documents, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, transform customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategies, and manage risks.

-Strategy and Vision: Identify strategies and a vision for your products using domain expertise , industry best practices, market opportunities, and business cases.
- Test and Learn: Define A/B tests with analytics partners, measure success, suggest improvements, iterate on products and features, and communicate results effectively using data and UX narratives.
- Collaboration: Build cooperative relationships with key partners by aligning priorities with business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and securing executive leadership approval.
- Direction: Provide overall direction for your products by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and 7 years of experience in product management or 9 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Experience as a product manager, ideally with consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
