The role
Currently, a significant portion of our customers choose to return their purchases at our Walmart Stores, even with a multitude of alternatives at their disposal. This pattern underscores the integral role our stores play in shaping our customers' return experiences.
Walmart U.S. is actively seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise Returns product team. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic roadmap and execution of our product strategy for our Store Returns team. This will predominantly focus on two key areas: the customer service desk return experience powered by our Cloud-Powered Returns service, and our mobile return experience facilitated by our returns associate app, the primary tool for curbside returns.
The Senior Product Manager will spearhead the evolution of the Store Returns experience. The role entails understanding the current landscape and fostering a unified and satisfying omni-channel returns experience for our customers, associates, and stores, that spans both Walmart.com and Walmart store returns.
By employing data, analytics, customer feedback, Associate feedback, and competitor insights, the Product Manager will devise innovative returns solutions that cater to our customers' and associates' needs. The role involves close collaboration with Business, Operations, Engineering, Design, among other Return Product and Returns Experience teams. The ideal candidate should ideally possess a profound understanding of the post-purchase landscape, particularly in large-scale retail environments with a significant store presence. The ability to comfortably navigate ambiguity and manage complex, cross-functional strategic return initiatives is crucial.

Job Responsibilities:
• Define the strategic direction for key returns initiatives, focusing on enhancing the return experience for customers and associates, and improving NPS.
• Utilize analytical methods and tools to identify opportunities and prioritize what is most important for our customers and associates.
• Lead transformational initiatives to achieve significant goals and KPIs.
• Supervise system solutions for returns, ensuring end-to-end ownership through collaboration with relevant cross-functional groups.
• Work closely with retail and store product teams to incorporate customer and associate feedback into product development and enhancement.
• Exhibit strong communication , collaboration, and organizational skills to work across various functions and locations.
• Champion customer and associate needs: Understand and create remarkable experiences for customers and associates.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required , preferably in business or engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, business consulting, supply chain, or a related field in retail or post-purchase.
• Experience working directly on products associates use to assist customers.
• Proven track record in driving product vision and roadmap, with experience leading teams to deploy innovative solutions that deliver measurable results at scale.
• Familiarity with technical solutions used at large retailers, including system architecture, APIs, and data science.
• Understanding of agile methodology , customer care tools and interactions, or a thorough understanding of Walmart Store operations.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and deploy innovative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to champion product solutions throughout the organization.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
