In a Senior Product Management role for Last Mile Delivery, you will lead our product vision, strategy, and roadmaps and more for our Earnings management and Disbursement Process capabilities.
You'll be responsible for delivering enhancements to users of the Spark Driver app, modernizing our disbursement management, accounting, and tax functionality, and ensuring a best-in-class earnings experience for our drivers. We are on a mission to modernize the way drivers manage their earnings experience end-to-end to take ownership of their trips.

In this role you will…
- Define, develop, and enhance products – you will manage product roadmaps, create requirement documents, align business and technical needs, analyze user and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
- Test and Learn – you will define success metrics with your analytics partners, measure success, suggest improvements, iterate on your products and features, and tell compelling stories with data and UX
- Identify strategies and a vision for your products using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, market opportunities, and business cases
- Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating, and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership
- Providing overall direction for your products by analyzing business objectives and driver needs

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
