Senior Partner Manager of Home, Walmart Connect
As a Sr. Partner Manager on our Home Enterprise Sales team, you will report to a business unit lead and use your 5-7 years experience selling mainly digital advertising solutions to successfully grow and scale the category's domestic revenues. With your broad and long-standing client-side and agency relationships within the category, consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients sell ing a broad range of advertising solutions ensur ing their business goals are met. You will further use your executive outreach , networking and prospecting skills to identify and develop new relationships fostering deeper partnerships within active accounts. As an individual contributor, you will be supported by a cross-functional team and will benefit from working alongside the leadership team charter ing our explosive growth.

Responsibilities:
- Consistently e xceed sales goals for yourself and your team
- Define and own account plans to unlock investments and drive client's business key performance metrics
- Partner with teammates and cross-functional partners to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives - developing account plans, synthesizing market related data, leading client analysis and defining the overall business approach
- Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment and influence across executive and day-to-day contacts to deliver the account plan
- Collaborate with measurement partners to create learning agenda s and to help clients measure the impact of Walmart Connect 's solutions
- Own forecasting and accurate client analysis to support team planning
- Partner with product teams and all cross-functional teams to act as point of contact and deliver collected and consolidated information prioritiz ing customer requests

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related area.
Option 2: Master's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
Option 3: 5 years' experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
5 years' experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
5 years' experience managing client accounts.
5 years' experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
