Position Summary...
The Senior Manager Personalization – eCommerce will lead the personalization strategy development and execution across Walmart’s eCommerce business. This role works across the organization to align, enable, and support the development of Walmart eCommerce’s personalization roadmap. This leader will report to the Director, Site Ops – eCommerce and work closely with the eCommerce leadership team.

What you'll do...
- Drive eCommerce P&L with a focus on on-site personalization, including targeted recommendations, promos, badges, offers, and loyalty
- Develop, implement and communicate personalization strategies to align with business goals, ensuring successful rollout across the eCommerce organization
- Utilize a data-driven approach to building the personalization roadmap, collaborating with product management, data scientists, and analytics to translate data analysis into actionable recommendations
- Lead A/B tests and develop creative solutions to improve customer experience and meet business needs
- Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices
What you’ll bring…
- 5-7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital business leadership, management consulting, or corporate strategy; preferred experience in Martech, Adtech, and Personalization
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of building relationships and influencing senior management
- Highly motivated self-starter with exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and develop teams

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
