About the Team...
Join our team as an OSHA Compliance Subject Matter Expert. We have two openings for Sr. Manager responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining OSHA Compliance Processes across a diverse range of facilities.
The Sr. Manager plays a crucial role during OSHA interactions and emergencies, providing valuable support organizations across the enterprise and their facilities. As our portfolio expands and new types of facilities become operational, this role will be tasked with adapting and enhancing our existing OSHA Compliance procedures. This will involve creating more business-specific processes to cater to the unique needs of each new facility.

What you'll do...
- Coordinate with stakeholders to drive effective implementation of safety related initiatives
- Provide resources and assistance to Management and Associates to perform job analysis identifying risk factors
- Develop and implement monitoring and continuous improvement strategies to manage and mitigate risk factors
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends that drive continuous improvement through developing greater job analysis process by analysis at the facility level
- Effectively manage OSHA compliance and manage regulator exposure
- Develop and sustain OSHA compliance processes across all specified non-retail facilities
- Provide critical support to non-retail organizations and facilities during emergencies
- Assist in routine OSHA compliance and inspection activities
- Enhance existing OSHA Compliance procedures to accommodate new types of facilities as they become operational
- Design and implement more business-specific processes to improve overall OSHA compliance
- Help manage every aspect of the OSHA investigation process from inspections to citation negotiations, including informal conferences and legal actions associated with the contest process.
- Verify and manage company programs related to OSHA compliance as well as the interpretation of existing and new regulations to advise the business on developing and/or modifying programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the areas of risk assessment, health and safety, and emergency response.
What you'll bring...
- Knowledge of OSHA compliance and regulator exposure management
- Experience managing safety related regulatory and OSHA responses (Hazard Alert Letters, OSHA Regional and National Emphasis Programs)
- Experience working in cross-functional teams within a dynamic matrixed environment
- Experience solving complex safety related opportunities
- A risk management related mindset that balances business needs and urgency when managing regulatory compliance or safety related initiatives
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide feedback
- Proven experience in OSHA compliance or a similar role
- Familiarity with EHS protocols and industry best practices
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong commitment to creating and maintaining a safe and healthy workplace

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
