Join the Walmart Health & Wellness Compliance team to support Pharmacy, Optical, and Walmart Health at the world's largest retailer! Senior Manager - Health & Wellness Compliance is a critical thought-leadership role that will be at the forefront of supporting the entire Health & Wellness business. Reporting to the Director - H&W Systems, Strategy, & Operations Compliance, you will collaborate with other members of the Compliance team and Walmart Health & Wellness associates to support our Health & Wellness businesses by helping to lead an effective compliance program, driving regulatory compliance, identifying potential compliance risks associated with business strategies, and establishing effective controls and compliance oversight related to those risks. To support the broader Compliance Program, this position will lead the Patient Accessibility Compliance program.

What you'll do....

  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance. Drive legal and regulatory patient accessibility requirements for all Health & Wellness business. This includes management and execution of program documentation, training development, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Improve upon the compliance program foundation. Participate in the execution of the Health & Wellness Compliance Program, ensuring all elements of an effective compliance program are in place and integrated into existing structures and processes where appropriate.
  • Establish a roadmap for future enhancement. Identify short- and long-term compliance program initiatives, demonstrating the ability to prioritize immediate needs and planning for ongoing enhancement and evolution of the program over time.
  • Build effective professional relationships. Establish relationships with key stakeholders and effectively integrate with the Walmart Health & Wellness business to ensure compliance is viewed as integral to the business.
  • Support enterprise and team success. Facilitate timely identification of compliance risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to enable successful implementation of business initiatives.
  • Operate with excellence. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) that measure and monitor team performance and potential risk areas. Set an example in managing to KPIs/KRIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.

What you'll bring....

  • You're a subject matter expert with prior experience in Healthcare Accessibility (physical and communication accessibility).
  • You have significant experience and familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, including federal and state healthcare regulations, Professional Board Practice Acts, general billing practices, etc.
  • You're process-oriented and look for opportunities to streamline processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within a corporate environment.
  • You're organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You're excited by challenges and ready to engage at Fortune 1 scale.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience. 3 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
