What you'll do...
As the Senior Manager of Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Automation Safety, you will be part of a team that is responsible for the development of a comprehensive Automation Safety Program that includes risk-based design for day-to-day operations for our associates in stores, clubs, and distribution centers/fulfilment centers (DCs / FCs). Automation concepts that are being piloted and implemented to serve our customers include robotics and automated storage retrieval systems (ASRS).

What you’ll do….
- Manage automation projects in stores, clubs, and Supply Chain.
- Attend factory acceptance testing.
- Provide support to the Supply Chain EHS team including Management of Change (MOC) liaison.
- Track active projects and attend automation team meetings to provide updates to stakeholders.
- Assist the USEC Training & Awareness team in assessing the training needs and the development of content for key groups (Associates, Operational Leadership, Maintenance, and Safety / EHS Teams)
- Provide fire safety input into the Automation / ASRS design process and act as a liaison to the broader EH&S Compliance team by identifying other EHS needs and engaging the correct team members.

- Experience building and designing globally harmonized programs across multi-disciplinary businesses, each with unique physical and digital assets.
- A solid track record of delivering operational efficiencies to a global risk and/or compliance program using data and predictive analytics.
- You are a strategic, influential, and progressive automation safety advocate with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions in a highly complex, rapidly evolving environment.
- The ability to builds trust and credibility and inspire associates across the business.
- You are action-oriented, resourceful, and approachable while also having the ability to influence and lead change, based on your deep scientific knowledge and network.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
