Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Risk Monitoring will support the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) by leading a team of risk monitoring analysts / signal coordinators that work around the clock in the identification, collection, collation, and rapid assessment of risk signals and incidents globally. In addition, the Senior Manager will help deliver timely and impactful intelligence for consumption and use by other teams and groups, as well as other relevant stakeholders, prioritizing and focusing the team’s work based on the daily threat landscape.
What you'll do...
- Utilize expertise in OSINT collection tools, as well as proficiency in crafting and refining searches to extract actionable intelligence, train and mentor team members on OSINT methodologies, tool utilization, and best practices.
- Define and implement work processes by developing and prioritizing workflows; automating daily tasks; increase quality (for example, amount, accuracy, timelines) of information gathered and disseminated.
- Build a team-based work environment; establish performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations; coach for success and improvement.
- Maintain global awareness of risk domain issues (for example, natural or man-made disasters, changes in the geopolitical climate, infrastructure disruptions).
- Establish relationships to prepare for critical incidents by creating and maintaining collaborative partnerships with internal and external organizations; provide guidance to internal business partners on risk issues that enable the business to minimize disruptions.
- Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; solicit, evaluate, and apply recommendations for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Manage competing demands and shifting priorities; effectively support others to meet challenges.

What You’ll Bring:
- You have previous experience with risk intelligence in either the public or private sector
- You have previous supervisory experience, particularly as an active participant in the daily workflow
- You have extensive expertise using open-source tools
- You have a track record of working well with cross-functional teams
- You understand complex risk assessment processes and best practices
- You have expertise on geopolitical issues
- You are comfortable with critical decision making in uncertain situations
- You have experience supporting or leading teams in a GSOC or 24/7 operations environment.

Entry Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Social Sciences, Earth Sciences, Government, Communications, Business, or related field and 4 years of experience in emergency management, intelligence, risk analysis, or related field.
2 years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
5-10 years Emergency Operations, Intelligence, Risk Analysis, or Risk Monitoring experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
