What you'll do...

At Walmart, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Realty Project Management - DS to join our dynamic team in the Retail industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing multiple realty projects, ensuring seamless coordination between internal and external stakeholders, and driving project success through effective planning, communication, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales and project budgets, assessing economic and customer experience impacts, evaluating trade-offs, and creating sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective schedules for project deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project plans, schedules, and adjustments are communicated effectively, and impacts are clearly explained.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, cost-effective sourcing, delivery, and installation of materials for projects.
  • Oversee Store Project Leads, ensuring scope of work is completed, organizing project timelines and deliverables, and facilitating stakeholder meetings.
  • Take corrective action as necessary to drive project results, communicate plans and deliverables to key stakeholders, and direct associates and vendors on processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with facility management to establish phasing plans that minimize operational impact, maintain and adjust timelines, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Verify fixture procurement and deliveries from the Regional Real Estate Warehouse (RREW) are synchronized with project schedules.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on the development, execution, and improvement of action plans, supporting efforts to meet customer and business needs.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, and operations
  • Experience with realty projects such as construction or remodeling
  • Willing to travel 90% of the time
  • Experience managing people

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
