Position Summary...

What you'll do...

The Walmart US eCommerce cross border inbound team builds products that allow Marketplace Sellers increase selection by offering fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options from overseas factories to the Walmart Fulfillment network. We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to own the less than containerload (LCL) ocean capability in a fast-paced, newly launched, cross border inbound logistics service.

The Senior Program Manager will own the LCL program which includes setting the long-term strategy to deliver products our Sellers will love; defining the critical path and roadmap to achieve our program goals; defining, measuring, and driving the meeting of key success metrics; ensuring project deliverables remain on track (on time and on budget); and communicating and/or escalating program risks. This role is wide ranging in its scope and will include business strategy, project planning, change management, and tracking issues to resolution.

  • Managing the Project Planning Process - Work with product and program teams cross-functionally within Walmart to drive efficient and timely project planning processes and business reviews.
  • Driving effective change management - Standardize and lead change management process.
  • Communicating change and progress - Create and consolidate communications for internal and external audiences in your space.
  • Managing Issues - Drive resolution of key issues, escalations, and projects.
  • Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations - Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. You will provide program leadership for cross-function teams to deliver on your strategy across business, product, tech, support, and operational organizations.

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, supply chain management, transportation management, or related area.
  • 5 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • 5 years' experience driving success in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
