We are looking for a , Senior Manager, Product Management on the Anti-Fraud team who has the passion to work with data scientists and engineers to design and implement strategies that leverage Big Data and complex fraud detection algorithms to stop fraudsters in their tracks.

Your work will make e-commerce safer for millions of people and you will have a direct impact on the business goals of Fortune #1 company. This role also offers a unique opportunity to innovate and improve on ways to use Walmart's eComm, omni-channel products like Scan & Go, Walmart Stores, and external data to solve problems. A successful candidate will have an established background in launching software or services, technical background or experience driving technical products, an entrepreneurial background, and a passion for great customer-centric online products.

The ideal candidate for this role is a creative and strategic thinker, people leader, analytical, results-oriented, has excellent cross functional communication skills, and a great people leader. You're a highly motivated self-starter with a deep understanding of building platform products, market and a passion for understanding the competitive landscape. You're an excellent communicator, building strong cross-functional relationships including Strategy Team, User Experience, Project Managers, Business Product managers, Engineering, and Analytics teams.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities

  • Drive visibility and communicate with clarity around all things Marketplace Seller Fraud
  • Build and Manage a high performance product team
  • Research fraud trends and patterns in the market: perform industry research and competitor product analysis. Must know the current competitive landscape, but also drive new and innovative solutions that unlock the capabilities of Walmart's growth
  • Demonstrate understanding of the broader fraud & identity ecosystems to develop strategic product feedback and positioning
  • Drive visibility and communicate with clarity around all key initiatives
  • Develop and deliver an integrated plan to both enhance, leverage and expand out platform capabilities
  • Work cross-functionally with partner teams across multiple locations so communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
