As a member of our team, you will have a hand in building tomorrow's Walmart.
This position will report to the Senior Director, Omni Value Add-On Services, Bob Hart.

- As a Senior Manager, through business planning and business analytics, you’ll help grow and deliver capability and product strategies for the Omni Value Add-On Services team (including, but not limited to Protection Plans & AppleCare along with Installation/Assembly/Tech Services ( customer requested solutions and capabilities) that fuels our growth and defines the omni-channel shopping experience for Walmart customers.
What you’ll do…
- Drive omni value added services by determining priorities and gaining approval for internal and external resources to meet direction; develop business cases for initiatives; and guide the development and implementation of marketing, pricing, and retention activities that fuel business growth in the protection category.
- Manage financial, budgeting, or operational activities for a portfolio of services and account platforms by setting plans to achieve annual operating performance objectives for the business; evaluate financial viability of ongoing initiatives and gaining approval for resources on initiatives and activities; and manage third-party supplier relationships.
- Manage the execution of innovation, line extensions, retention strategies, and value proposition improvements to a portfolio of Services by surfacing and developing innovative ideas to enhance business offerings and performance; direct the analysis and development of ideas and solutions to explore viability to the business; and lead cross-functional teams within our company (for example, Marketing, Merchandising, Product, Design, Engineering, Walmart Labs, Finance) in the successful execution of plans for the Omni Value Add-On Services, business.
- Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; develop and communicating business plans and priorities; remove barriers and obstacles that impact performance; provide resources; identify performance standards; measure progress and adjust performance; accordingly, develop contingency plans; and demonstrate adaptability and support continuous learning.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for your associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establish performance expectations and conduct regular performance discussions; provide recognition and rewards; coach for success and improvement; and ensure diversity and inclusive business practices.
- Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensure compliance with them; and utilize and support the Open-Door Policy.
- Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consult with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; solicit, evaluate, and apply suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you have…
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management Systems, Finance or a related field
- Walmart merchandising/buying experience; item file experience
- Knowledge of the insurance/service contract industry
- Supplier/category relationship leadership
- A high attention to detail
- Being a self-starter
- Budgeting/business planning experience
- Experience in building & maintaining budgets/annual operating plans
- Knowledge of Imperium and the rule mapping engine
- Basic Site Merchandising Skills
- Knowledge of business analytic tools
- Project Management skills
- Proficiency in merchandising analytic tools
- Experience in negotiating and executing legal agreements/contracts
- High-level understanding of Walmart technology systems and technical integration points

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
