About the team:
The Payer Programs team is part of the broader Payer Relations team that supports the Health and Wellness business unit. Payer Programs works collaboratively with optical, pharmacy, and medical payers as well as vendors on value-based and payer contracting opportunities that deliver high-quality, cost-effective care that improves patient health.

What you'll do:
- Conduct ROI analysis to evaluate new opportunities, ensuring a thorough assessment of financial viability and strategic alignment, while effectively presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams for informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with optical, pharmacy, and medical payers, as well as external vendors.
- Oversee contract negotiations and re-negotiations, streamlining implementation and post-implementation processes.
- Lead and manage a team of stakeholders to implement new initiatives as well as enhancements to existing initiatives, ensuring project success through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll bring:
- Proven ability to develop and execute health and wellness strategies that result in measurable financial and operational outcomes.
- Expertise in navigating complex optical, pharmacy, and medical payer relationships, driving strategic partnerships and long-term growth.
- Analytical skill set for evaluating ROI, pricing strategies, and market opportunities, with the ability to quickly adapt and develop actionable plans.
- Track record of successfully negotiating contracts and streamlining post-implementation processes to maximize efficiency and maintain payer satisfaction.
- Strong leaderships skills in managing large-scale, cross-functional implementations with a focus on optimizing processes, budget control, and meeting defined objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
