What you'll do...
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team and oversee the Driver Digital Identity and Fraud Prevention department. This role requires a strong technical background as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Fraud and Digital Identity, specifically in a gig environment. The Senior Manager will be responsible for strategizing and implementing effective solutions to manage digital identity, detect and prevent fraud, and ensure the safety and security of our platform and users. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data analysis, advanced tools, and emerging technologies in the field of fraud prevention.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to manage digital identity and prevent fraud in a gig environment.

- Serve as the technical SME in Fraud and Digital Identity, staying up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Analyze data and utilize advanced tools to proactively identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement fraud prevention measures, controls, and processes.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to enhance fraud prevention capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and solutions to enhance fraud prevention and digital identity management.
- Individual Contributor who also influences a team of analysts and specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure their professional growth and performance.
- Stay informed about relevant legislation and regulations related to digital identity and fraud prevention, ensuring compliance at all times.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in fraud prevention, digital identity management, or a related field.
- Strong technical background and expertise in fraud prevention and digital identity management, specifically in a gig environment.
- Extensive knowledge of data analysis, advanced tools, and techniques used in fraud detection and prevention.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and blockchain in the context of fraud prevention.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns and trends.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to manage digital identity and prevent fraud.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
