The Senior Manager II, Omni Services, is a critical member of the Omni Capabilities and Services team in Walmart U.S. eCommerce and will be responsible for building and delivering engaging omni experiences for customers whether they are shopping online or in-store.

The Omni Services team is designed to help Walmart further differentiate by building uniquely designed omni propositions and experiences to accelerate Walmart as the top of wallet destination among U.S. households. To deliver on this strategic objective, the team is focused on the following primary imperatives:

  • Leveraging data to understand customer and associate pain points
  • Partnering with merchant and services teams to identify digital capabilities that drive impact across the enterprise
  • Aligning enterprise priorities among key stakeholders and establishing ways of working that prioritize initiatives driving the most value
  • Building cross functional teams to accelerate the integration of omni capabilities and customer experiences

The Senior Manager II, Omni Services will support the business lead in a cross-functional collaboration model for various omni capability integrations in the pipeline and will also be responsible to engage with functional leaders to build an omni mindset while designing various propositions and experience across the company. Creating a digital first mindset will be a key enabler of success.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Supporting the business lead in building capabilities that deliver an outstanding omni customer experience to unlock full potential of deepening Walmart's relationship with our customers.
  • Executing go-to-market strategies for the varying digital capabilities and managing scaling efforts across merchant and services teams to deliver on the full potential for our customers and our business.
  • Helping build a framework and optimization model, evaluating digital projects, priorities and workstreams, adjusting as needed to drive the largest business impact.
  • Collaborating closely with merchant and services teams across Walmart U.S. to align to expectations and drive coherent and consistent omni customer experiences.
  • Working closely with product, design, tech, functional owners and other partners to align and develop a robust end-to-end roadmap of future capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to lead and work within a highly matrixed environment to optimize operational programs to drive growth.
  • 10+ years of successful strategy, business operations or project management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with deep experience across planning and forecasting, business performance analyses, market sizing and business case development.
  • Ability to distill complex business issues and strategies to highlight insights and actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team to drive business positive outcomes.
  • Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
