Senior Manager, Learning & Development - Walmart Connect

Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced instructional designer to develop, build and deliver Advertising Certification learning paths to our agency, platform and advertising partners, and other external audiences. As a startup within the world's largest retailer, we are quickly developing new ad tech, internal tools and systems. You will play an integral role in ensuring that our Walmart Connect advertisers can maximize and enhance their ability to leverage the Walmart Connect Advertising platform for their business.

In this role, you will help develop training, feedback, and recommendations to enhance and improve the Walmart Connect Ad Certification program. Utilizing your previous training experience within a large commercial organization, you will support the Walmart Connect team through your ad certification instructional design efforts.

What you'll do:

  • Design, development, and implement eCourses and assessments for external audiences
  • Lead collaboration with cross-functional subject matter experts to develop and deliver training
  • Identify, track and measure engagement, effectiveness and ROI
  • Report in weekly meetings with training leaders
  • Meet with leaders to gain alignment and feedback on training certification requirements
  • Work closely with the Walmart Connect LMS team in support of the learning strategy

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in instructional design, learning and development, training content development, or related area
  • 3+ years experience in ecommerce or ad tech
  • Proficient in the use of Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Highly organized
  • Strong EQ skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent program management skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally in collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders
  • Ability to move fast, in an often ambiguous and fluid environment

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
