What you will do…

  • Leads a team of incubation managers who are responsible for the proactive outreach and re-engagement experience for WFS base sellers.
  • Drives regular team accountability of sales force activities including call quantity, seller counts, related GMV acquisition, funnel movement velocity.
  • Owns the strategic relationship between cross functional teams (Marketing/ BD/SAMS) responsible for delivering base sellers to the WFS funnel, removing barriers to achieve seller adoption and registration.
  • Identifies, navigates and manages WFS seller needs with solutions (e.g., APIs, 3rd party tools, internal solutions).
  • Drives revenue potential by managing direct outreach to base sellers, educating and positioning additional WFS services (e.g., WPC, Walmart Imports, MCS).
  • Develops and communicates onboarding plan and priorities for cohorts of sellers; influencing Product and Business Operations roadmaps, as necessary.
  • Removes barriers and obstacles that impact onboarding, seller sentiment & early performance
  • Develops contingency plans and demonstrates adaptability & continuous learning
  • Ensures business objectives are being met by evaluating ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs and initiatives
  • Ongoing communication with business partners and other key stakeholders to facilitate improvements in onboarding efficiency and base seller re-engagement process.
  • Functional understanding of seller economics and Walmart economics, and the ability to create mutually beneficial value structures
  • Ability to direct work of Analytics partners to create proper reporting mechanisms to track progress and identify areas of opportunity to further accelerate business results
  • Supports the effective design of systematic incentives for large groups of sellers with Finance, Analytics, and Leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
