What you'll do...
We are seeking a Senior Manager II, Maintenance for our Dairy Plant in Valdosta, Georgia. This leadership role is crucial to overseeing and managing productivity for an assigned area of responsibility, managing associates and leaders, driving the business plan for an assigned area of responsibility, and overseeing maintenance department daily operations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and Manage Productivity for an assigned area of responsibility, prepare, review, and/or analyze business reports, communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling.
- Manage Associates and Leaders in an assigned area of responsibility, give direction, monitor performance and provide feedback, identify training and development needs.
- Drive the Business Plan for an assigned area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (for example, production, quality, safety) by implementing operational improvements.
- Oversee Maintenance Department Daily Operations, monitor and drive department performance related to maintaining manufacturing equipment and monitoring and ensuring associate compliance with regulations.

- Assigning duties and coordinating workloads in order to achieve facility goals, identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns, determine corrective actions to take.
- Monitoring and tracking expenses and capital expenditures compared to budget, monitor asset utilization, develop, distribute, and/or maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
- Reviewing Maintenance budget estimates, ensure the efficient usage of funds by eliminating poor/repetitive purchases, collaborate with Maintenance associates to ensure the optimization of capacity and service delivery.
- Promoting and supporting company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application, ensure compliance with them.

The annual salary range for this position is $89,500.00-$192,500.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications...

Associate's degree or technical school certification in an industrial-related field and 7 years' supervisory experience in maintenance operations, including mentoring and developing people, managing workloads, hiring and promotion of employees, and leading a work or project team.
Prior work experience as a maintenance manager or related role.
7 years' industrial maintenance experience (for example, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and working with mechanical power transmissions, electrical power, machines controls, or in industrial, robotic, electronic maintenance, or related area).

Analyzing financial/operations data., Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Robotic Engineering, or related area., Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Managing budgets/P&L., RETA Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator (CIRO) certification or 2 years' regulatory compliance experience (for refrigeration systems holding over 10,000 pounds of ammonia)., Supervisory experience in maintenance operations., Utilizing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or another continuous improvement program.
