Are you passionate about leveraging financial insights to drive strategic decisions in a high-growth, dynamic environment? WMUS Segment Finance team is hiring a Senior Manager, Finance to serve as the primary finance partner for WMUS eComm Marketplace SG&A. This role is responsible for owning the FP&A process for Marketplace SG&A, leveraging financial data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making, optimizing expense management, and providing key insights to leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), strategic finance, and business decision support, with the ability to navigate operational complexity, drive efficiencies, and influence stakeholders.

What you'll do...
- Owning full SG&A financial management – leading Annual Operating Planning (AOP), monthly forecasting, and Long-range Planning (LRP) for Marketplace SG&A.
- Partnering with Marketplace leadership to provide data-driven insights, scenario planning, and strategic guidance on cost optimization and workforce planning.
- Ensuring financial discipline as the business scales, proactively addressing operational complexity and identifying areas for efficiency gains.
- Serving as a strategic advisor – guiding leadership on investment trade-offs, financial risks, and opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Enhancing financial visibility by developing reporting, dashboards, and automation tools to drive real-time decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or finance decision support, preferably in a high growth, evolving business environment.
- Strong executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex financial insights to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale financial oversight, balancing both short-term operational needs and long-term strategic goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
