About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Data Analytics. This position will report into the Director of Data. You will be an expert on our data and data platforms, partnering with Product and Business to uncover new opportunities as an authority on product analytics that will help generate key insights to scale our product suite. You will work cross functionally on a day-to-day basis, manage key initiatives, and possess strong problem solving and communication skills.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of analysts focused on empowering analytics and delivering insights across the New Propositions product suite.
- Manage the roadmap for how data will be effectively leveraged across our core data platforms and internal tooling that meets the evolving needs of the business.
- Engage with Business and Product team leadership to help define KPIs by having domain expertise in our data and capabilities of our tooling including how data will be captured, shared, and leveraged across our teams.
- Responsible for business performance reporting and KPI visualizations.
- Responsible for our data platforms and analytics tooling, working cross-functionally with our Global Technology team and data platform partners.
- Provide advanced analytics solutions like incrementality measurement, customer segmentation, lifetime value for the initiatives
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical insights, data, or consulting role
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of data analysts
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and partners
- Strong communication skills - Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps, transform complex data sets into simple visuals and dashboards for analytical and non-analytical teammates, and keep the big picture in view
- Superb communication of concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels including C-level executives
- Excellent storytelling ability leveraging data to drive insights and action
- Work experience in ecommerce and/or conversational commerce
- Experience leveraging data visualization tools (Looker), SQL and/or Python or a statistical package, such as R, SPSS or Stata, and can advise on statistical significance
- Experience using visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker
- Expertise in measurement, insights, and providing advanced analytics solutions
- Providing data-driven recommendations to guide business and product roadmaps
- Ability to work in an ambiguous entrepreneurial environment, being able to manage and execute across multiple priorities while operating independently with minimal supervision
- Know how to inspire, motivate, and support a team to get things done
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 3: 6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year's supervisory experience.
