Overview:

As the Associate Creative Director reporting to the Creative Director, Home you’ll be responsible for leading the creative ideation and execution of seasonal Home initiatives and campaigns. You’ll develop innovative, insight-driven concepts, set the bar for modern, relevant, compelling, and aspirational home campaigns, and oversee elevated, consistent graphic design application in post-production. Additionally, you’ll bring a blend of leadership skills and hands-on creative expertise to the table. The ideal candidate has both in-house and agency experience, with a unique ability to blend visual world-building and concepting with organization, agility, and accuracy.

Key Outcomes:

  • Best-in-Class Work: In response to creative briefs, develop strategic ideas that enhance KPIs around brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty. Employ critical thinking to ensure alignment with tasks.
    • Lead the ideation, design, and execution of conversion-driven seasonal fashion initiatives and campaigns. Manage and contribute to a team responsible for designing modern, on-brand visual worlds, writing scripts, partnering with production to identify collaborators (e.g., casting director, editor), overseeing casting, music, location, shot lists, and other sub-workstreams and decks. Attend shoots, manage post-production (including editing and color grading), and ensure the final delivery of asset suites.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes to inform creative decisions.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative materials maintain brand consistency across various levels of the consumer funnel.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
