The Senior Manager, Business Strateg y GTM will work with central GTM teams to manage and communicate product launches with the right materials , providing internal education to related teams to drive adoption of our new offerings , while also ensuring we create compelling offerings that drive continued product stickiness and seller growth within our program.

Day in the life :

• Liaise with product marketing and GTM teams to drive the best internal and seller-facing content for the WCB Imports program.

• Research and develop seller's alternatives for competitive parity analysis.

• Produce internal marketing content for the WCB Imports program to educate and drive excitement across partner organizations.

• Liaise with Account Management and Bu siness Development for education and support in driving new seller a doption of the WCB Imports program.

• Engage with Marketplace leadership on key topics resulting in well positioned and articulated presentations & white papers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics for measuring GTM and communications performance and success.

Preferred Qualifications...

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, finance, or related disciplines. An MBA is highly desirable.

• Extensive experience (5-7 years) in strategy and business consulting is highly desirable.

• Extensive experience in eCommerce and online Marketplaces is highly desirable. This includes experience both building in a high growth environment as well as successfully executing in a multi-billion dollar globally scaled enterprise.

• Strong data analytics skills, including SQL writing .

• Exceptional communication, written and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts on behalf of business partners and to senior executives in presentation & white paper form.

Sunnyvale, California US-04396/San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
