• Lead d evelop ment of a new suite of metrics and reporting to measure customer pathways in partnership with insights and analytics partners

• Develop me chanisms to detect customer defects and drop offs and measure impact

• I dentify defect owner and drive for solution implementation via influence

• Partner with stakeholder teams to identify customer experience enhancements to drive KPI improvements

• Communicate key business issues and opportunities to senior leadership clearly and with influence to remove roadblocks and champion change

• Adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics by integrating these values into all programs and practices

Entry Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field

• 5 -7 years related experience in Business Operations, Data Analytics , or eCommerce.

• Master's degree in business, data analytics , or related field
