As a key driver of this innovative program, you’ll own the operational excellence of the LocalFinds customer journey, build data foundations that power catalog and search, create compelling seller hub pages, and ensure end-to-end site enablement. Working cross-functionally, you’ll leverage analytics, user insights, and best-in-class processes to deliver a cohesive, customer-centric site experience that empowers local sellers and delights customers nationwide.

You’ll make an impact by…

  • Owning the operational strategy for LocalFinds—building data foundations, driving catalog integration, and ensuring end-to-end site enablement.
  • Leading the development and optimization of the LocalFinds Hub and Seller Pages, including layout testing, feature enhancements, and geo-fenced merchandising.
  • Monitoring site health and performance, interpreting key metrics to inform product updates and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Streamlining processes and workflows to embed best-in-class practices across the team, elevating the overall customer and seller experience.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between LocalFinds and other Walmart teams, unifying strategy, execution, and communication across the organization.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience in Business or related field
  • Previous experience in consumer-focused, eCommerce environment
  • Understanding of site metrics and levers
  • Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable making data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualification:

  • 8+ years related experience in Merchandising, Site Merchandising, or related field
  • Masters Degree in Business or related field
  • 4+ years demonstrated experience managing a team
  • 6+ years of experience in consumer-focused e-commerce environment
  • Strong customer obsession focused on building the right site experience for our customer
  • Ability to set clear team objectives and performance measures
  • Ability to select and develop a team of future leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary
  • Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00



















Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
