As a Senior Manager, Business Development, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption in a global selling role across Walmart's International E-Commerce Marketplaces. You will generate growth by 1. Developing and implementing strategies to identify & onboard top sellers from the United Kingdom, Germany, and Türkiye. 2. Driving Walmart Marketplace flywheel adoption such as WFS & WMC. 3. Working with sellers through application, account setup, and GTM to maximize performance. markets. 4. You are a people person, and work well with internal & external partners. 5. Are comfortable with ambiguity, able to travel often, and open to relocation.

You'll make an impact by:
- Owning a Dynamic Sales Pipeline - Prospect and manage a pipeline of high-value, strategic sellers across key categories. Develop creative solutions to identify new prospects and build a strong pipeline.
- Apply various sales methods to onboard sellers while navigating complex markets and regulations. Identify trends and direction of market by researching and monitoring competitors. Continuously evaluate new opportunities, ways of working, and size of prize.
- Delivering Sales Presentations - Researches the client base for a better understanding of seller wants and needs. Assists in delivering sales proposals effectively to attract sellers. Reviews proposals and presentations for ethical, technical, and legal accuracy. Assesses customer/seller feedback and prepares responses.
- Negotiates Effectively - Formulates and executes complex negotiation plans and addresses unanticipated issues. Identifies similarities and differences in positions and assesses the impacts on discussions. Disseminates verbal and written communications to counter other parties' positions and sets the foundational structures for desired outcomes.
- Building Relationships with Key Decision Makers - Develop relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within senior management of prospective accounts, along with internal stakeholders and working teams to develop business plans that exceed expectations.
- Understand Sellers' goals, decision-making processes, and success metrics.
- Driving New Partner Success - Oversee the onboarding process for new strategic sellers and develop initial targets and actions plans that accelerate item setup and improve offer quality and discoverability.
- Advocating For the Platform - Champion and evangelize our platform, and its evolving capabilities, to prospective sellers. Drive awareness and adoption of new seller services. Attend trade shows and external events to generate new partner opportunities.
- Being Seller Obsessed - Listen to seller feedback, challenges, and needs. Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, site operations, partner support, etc.) to continuously improve the platform and experience.
- Thinking Creatively - Explore and innovate! Develop and test new partnerships or services that create shared value for sellers, customers, and Walmart.
Preferred Qualifications
- +5 years' experience in Global Marketplace Selling, Cross-Border E-Commerce, Affiliate Sales, Omni-Channel Merchandising or Consultative Business Development.
- You are a self-starter that only needs to be pointed in a direction - researching, developing, and building a vision excites you.
- Deep experience leading and completing cross-functional projects, influencing internal and external stakeholders, and bootstrapping when and where needed.
- Curiosity and willingness to work across international time zones and collaborate comfortably with different cultures and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
- Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency.
- Able to travel internationally or domestically to and from multiple facilities or worksites requiring consecutive overnight stays.
- Effectively presents information to small or large groups and individuals.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics (pivot tables, v-lookup, tables)
- Proficiency or willingness to learn & operate w. BigQuery, SQL, and develop / write scripts.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
