In the Senior Manager, Assortment Analytics role, you will be the omni-assortment advisor to Merchants and have input into category space initiatives by leveraging your customer-centric mindset to analyze Walmart's vast dataset to deliver actionable insights, while partnering closely with leaders across merchandising, product, and engineering teams.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Developing strategic recommendations- Analyze category performance data and space productivity to ensure optimal category footage allocations across all stores. Manage nuances, such as fixture type and compliance - through strong attention to detail.
  • Leveraging tools - Partner with internal team members to utilize tool automation to drive efficiencies in modular and floor plan analytics and drawing. Lead team of associates through modular and floor plan expectations to align quality of work with key deadlines.
  • Building strategic relationships: Build internal relationships with merchant and cross-functional leaders in order to achieve aligned goals for the business. Drive cohesive plans at store level by partnering with internal teams - such as merchandise operations.
  • Operating with excellence - Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
